Admission Policy
Incoming students are accepted as contributing members of the student body and are expected to use their talents. Students are accepted if we feel we can, in good conscience, contribute to their development.
Shadowing visits are available throughout the school year starting October 1 and ending May 15. Interested students/families should contact Miss Heather Hoffman at 717-846-8871 x20 to begin the process by requesting an information packet and obtaining the necessary forms.
Admissions Process
1. Complete application.
2. Complete records request form and collect records from current school.
3. Complete SMART tuition form.
4. Return application, current school records, SMART form, $100 deposit, and $43 SMART fee to:

5. Make check payable to York Catholic High School. The $100 deposit and $43 SMART fee can be
combined into one check. These fees are non-refundable. If accepted to York Catholic, the
deposit will be applied to your tuition.
6. Schedule an appointment with Miss Hoffman to complete the application process, set up class
schedule, etc. This appointment includes the prospective student and at least one parent. All
incoming 7th graders are also required to take a placement test. Miss Hoffman can be reached
