Strategic Plan

York Catholic is pleased to announce that we have begun our second-ever Strategic Plan. The last plan took us from 2019 to 2024.  During that time, we saw the successful completion of the Grow Today, Impact Tomorrow Capital Campaign, where:

• We renovated 100% of the academic space here at the school to include the introduction of air conditioning. 
• We saw an increase in faculty and staff compensation that has led to YC boasting the highest faculty and staff retention rate in the Diocese of Harrisburg. 
• We moved to a President/Principal model, allowing for a more strategic focus on external and internal relations between those roles. 
• We increased community awareness and interest in our school as the number of non-partner school students has grown from 20% of the student body to over 40%.

Now, a couple of years later, it is time to Honor our Past and Build our Future. 

As a first step, we are asking all students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, board members, and friends to share their insights on our school system via a survey that will remain open until May 15. Please click on the button below to complete the appropriate survey.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes.  Thank you in advance for completing the survey by May 15. 

During the next several months, we will be gathering data, holding listening sessions, and engaging members of the YC community.  This input will be used to formulate a plan that will take us into the next century of Fighting Irish pride and success.
