Media Center

The media center is the hub for student learning on the YC campus. This student-centered space houses the YC library and offers welcoming spaces for students to study, conduct research, work, collaborate and connect. The space is centrally located on our ground-floor student life center, which also houses the YC chapel and cafeteria and serves as a central gathering and collaboration space for students.

Preparing our students to excel in college and beyond includes an integrated approach to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) across our core curriculum. Helping students cultivate a rich understanding of these core competencies and the accompanying ability to think critically, solve complex problems and collaborate and communicate effectively are all a part of the STEM education experience. A range of AP and honors courses in STEM areas are available to our high school students.

At YC, creating spaces for collaboration, like what our students will enjoy in their higher education experiences, is a part of preparing them to excel in the next phases of their education journey.
