Submit an Online Application
Click the button below to access the online YC Admissions Application through the Focus Parent Portal. Create an account and complete the online application in its entirety. This important process gives us a chance to get to know prospective students.
As part of the application review process, York Catholic will request unofficial records from your student’s current school including the following information:
- Most recent report card
- Unofficial transcript (only needed for transfer students in grades 9 through 11)
- Final report card of last grade level
- Attendance record
- Discipline report
- Standardized test scores
- Reports of any special testing, psychological evaluations, individual education plan (IEP) or 504, if applicable
If you are a current student at one of our Partner Schools (Holy Trinity, St. John the Baptist, St. Joseph York or St. Rose of Lima), this Unofficial Documentation will automatically be forwarded to YC and does not need to be requested.
Upon receipt of the completed application and unofficial records, the YC Admissions team may reach out to the prospective student and their parent or guardian regarding a decision and/or any necessary next steps.
