In preparation for the upcoming school year, we are asking parents to complete the required online Back-to-School forms by Thursday, August 1.
York Catholic uses FamilyID.com for our online forms. If your family had a student at York Catholic last year, please continue to use that account information for your log-in and password. If you are new to YC, please create your online FamilyID account now. Complete details about setting up an account can be found by clicking the button below.
Once your account is set-up, please click the button below to be directed to the online Back-to-School Packet for 2024-25. It should only take a few minutes to complete. These online forms must be completed by Thursday, August 1.
