Final Exams
Grade 12
Final exams for seniors are scheduled for May 14-16.
As a reminder, no trips will be approved during final exams (Student Handbook/Agenda pg. 32). Students will not be permitted to take a make-up exam due to a trip.
Students who take more than one class in a major subject area will take the second conflict exam during the conflict time slot on the day of their scheduled exam. The exam schedule is as follows:
May 14
Exam 1: Theology
Exam 2: Science
Exam 3: Conflict Exams
May 15
Exam 1: English
Exam 2: Foreign Language
Exam 3: Conflict Exams
May 16
Exam 1: Math
Exam 2: Social Studies
Exam 3: Conflict Exams
Time Schedule
8:15 AM – report to homeroom
8:30-9:30 AM – Exam 1
9:40-10:40 AM – Exam 2
10:50 AM – dismissal on May 14-15; stay for Graduation practice on May 16
10:50-11:50 AM – Conflict Exam
School districts will only pick-up at 3 PM. Students testing in the AAC may be dismissed at a later time according to documented learning needs. All seniors are required to leave the building at the conclusion of exams on May 14-15. On May 16, seniors will stay at school after exams for Graduation practice.
Grades 9-11
Final examinations for students in Grades 9-11 are scheduled Monday, June 2; Tuesday, June 3; and Wednesday, June 4. Middle School students will report to school all three days for regularly scheduled classes in the morning. All students will be dismissed at 11 AM each day.

School districts have been notified of the 11 AM dismissal times. Please check with your bus driver to see if your bus will be operating at the 11 AM dismissal time and plan to make arrangements for alternate pick-up plans if it is not.
Students testing in the AAC may be dismissed at a later time according to documented learning needs. All students are required to leave the building at the conclusion of exams unless staying for a supervised activity.
