Transcript requests should be submitted to the Main Office. Transcript Request Forms are available on the website in the Forms & Documents section. If letters of recommendation are to be mailed with the transcript, please indicate this in the area provided on the form. Include summer contact information on the form in the event of questions or clarifications. Students should check with their recommender to see if the letter is complete and has been sent to the Main Office and/or College and Career Office. Please adhere to the 2-week minimum request for transcripts; summer hours are flexible.
